A place to belong . . .

Over thousands of years, the synagogue has endured as the strongest institution in Judaism. At its heart is the commitment to strengthen and replenish the Jewish spirit and to perpetuate its people as one. It is the home of sacred words and values given to us by God, who compels us to teach those values to our children. For more than three decades, Temple Beth El of Boca Raton has served this role for our congregational family and community. Thousands benefit from our myriad programs, each designed to strengthen our ties to the past and our commitment to the future.

Mission Statement
It is our mission to meet the expanding religious needs of a multi-generational Jewish population in a rapidly changing environment.

To the families who call Temple Beth El of Boca Raton their spiritual home, we are:

A place to learn
An Early Childhood Education Center, a nationally accredited Religious School with two western Boca Raton satellite locations, and continuing adult education programs teach and reinforce our history and future.

A place to celebrate and rejuvenate
Temple Beth El is a place to recharge, a place to reflect on and celebrate what God has given us, and to energize ourselves for the new challenges and joys that greet us each day.

A place to heal
Temple Beth El is a place to know that others share our occasional grief and sorrow, and to help us understand that hurt is as much a part of life as happiness.

A place to grow spiritually
We know the spirit is something that cannot be measured. Yet its strength or weakness is a measure of what we get from life, and what we give to others. Through learning, the spirit grows strong.

A place to appreciate
Temple Beth El is a place to appreciate the labors of those who came before us, and to see our future in the eyes of our children.
